Trouble with Iphone 7 Ringtone (Virus??)

Hello,

I downloaded a third party app, and it worked perfectly first.

Later I noticed that everytime someone calls me, my phone doesn’t ring, I checked settings and when i choose a ringtone my phone freezes, same with alarms. Is this a virus?
