How can I remove ePub error for widget media type?

hi,

Could you tell me how can I remove ePub error for widget and publish our book for US and the world?

I got an error for ePub made by iBook author.

The error ePub checker mentioned it’s media type of widget, can’t support for “application/x-iBooks-HTML” also can’t use “iBooks:real-media-type” on widget’s item tag.

The error number is RSC-005 and OPF-043.

We’d like to publish our book for US and the world.

Although it’s very wonderling, we succeed to publish it to Japan.

We guess the reason of unsuccessful to publish US and the world is ePub error, so would like to solve this.

Is that error from epub check or trying to upload error in iTunes Producer?

Press the Send to Apple button in Producer so they get the full diagnostic.

Make sure you're using supported media in your widget. Hype normally does a great job exporting widgets.

Yes, I tried both epub checker & iTunes Producer.

By iTunes Producer, i got the message "You encountered upload errors because the EPUB is not valid per the EPUB standard." from support team.

So i tried epub checker and got the following error message. Sorry in Japanese.

The error message said the cause is widget media type, but i just use Hype3 normal widget and use default iBook Author's function to put a widget. I don't have any other error message even I got warning message.

Also, I very wonder why I could published in Japan with the error although I couldn't publish to US and the worldwide publish.
