Where is the "Documents" folder in High Sierra?

There is no "Documents" folder in High Sierra for users? Or it is hidden? If I try and create a folder it says the name is already taken. What am I missing? It IS accessible through the "Go" dropdown menu.

Open the Finder from the dock then at the top bar click Finder and select preferences from the drop down. Then select "Sidebar". There you can select what shows up in the Finder sidebar. Check documents and it should start showing up. If that doesn't work there must be something wrong. Good Luck.
