Fixing my iPad mini2

My iPad mini2 has all of a sudden got chunks of lines on the screen and it goes grey. It's not constant. Sometimes I can turn it on and it's fine (sometimes not) and sometimes when it's on it's fine but happens then fixes itself again shortly after.

I've just looked on here and it's nearly £200 to fix which doesn't seem worth it. Where can I get it fixed by a reputable company and is it worth it or should I just save for a new one. Aside from the battery starting to go a little it's in perfect condition.
