I don’t want to wipe my phone and lose what’s there... So I can live with annoying iCloud subscr
Its only a temp fix issue reappears after a few day
My IPhone 7 shows 18.8 GB used by systems while my IPhone 6 shows 5.35GB used by systems

I'll tell you what, nothing because is an IOS Apple bug. But you know what? You'll flag and censor this message as well, Apple company policy.
My iPad Pro has the same issue. 17gb out of 32gb in total is being used up by “system”.
Come on, Apple. You are turning into 90s Microsoft...
literally freed up 1 gig for me
So we are recommending users to reinstall their systems to claim back space... wow!

Not really helpful resetting your device. It will consume the space again. This is rubbish from apple side. All my devices have this problem. And I am talking about 40-80GB for system all the time.
Same, I do not have any apps, I only have like 1 and a half GB left
