A windows Process is using high CPU on my MacBook Pro

Okay so I have contacted Windows Support 7 times regarding this issue and they have been saying contact Apple Support.

I have Windows 10 Pro Build 1607 and I have a system process called "ntoskrnl.exe" that's using around 50% of my CPU. This is usually because of an Old Windows Driver (according to Microsoft).

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013).

I get this error while trying to even upgrade to the latest version of Windows:

and this is what Microsoft Live Chat Support told me:

So can someone till me what to do?

It isn’t bout adjusting the values! There is a bug or problem somewhere with something and I can’t figure out what. I am using this (windows) for gaming only and adjusting the value isn’t going to help me.

Cause I don’t think a single process that belongs to windows using up around 50% of my CPU is normal and I’m trying to fix it.

I already did that but unfortunately the Intel Graphic Driver's Redme yet says:

README FILE

Release Version: Production Version

Driver Version: 15.33.8.64.3345

Operating System(s):

Microsoft Windows* 7 64

Microsoft Windows* 8 64

Microsoft Windows* 8.1 64

So I think Apple themselves haven't updated the driver or something
