A windows Process is using high CPU on my MacBook Pro

Okay so I have contacted Windows Support 7 times regarding this issue and they have been saying contact Apple Support.

I have Windows 10 Pro Build 1607 and I have a system process called "ntoskrnl.exe" that's using around 50% of my CPU. This is usually because of an Old Windows Driver (according to Microsoft).

I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013).

I get this error while trying to even upgrade to the latest version of Windows:

and this is what Microsoft Live Chat Support told me:

So can someone till me what to do?
