ITUNES Billing Support - Disappointed

Hi Apple Community,


Apple ITUNES owner - BEWARE of Billing support. If you call 1800 275 2273 and request for ITUNES Billing support, automated voice, will advise you to use website/apple support; then disconnects the call. To go around this, request for adviser at the very beginning of the call. Once I finally got a person to talked to after 20-25mins, I explained my reasoning of the call of multiple charges per month of ITUNES music - Family plan - however they transferred the call, once senior specialist started the call, the call dropped. I'm not sure if it's a Verizon issue, but its new feature that Verizon incorporated? but not sure. But I didn't get a call back from Apple.


So continue calling the 1800 and 30mins later, I got another adviser to talk to, and transferred the call to another senior specialist and transferred to call to a senior specialist in billing. Close to an hour in the call, started chatting with the analyst, then called dropped again and also no call back.


So bottom line - spent 2 - 2.5hrs on the call for an issue that was supposed to be resolved back in July, however reoccurring charges still continues. Apple just lost a customer after this experience. Total spent on the phone for ITUNES issue accounting back in July = 6hrs. Total additional charges on the account = $134.91.
