Some web sites have problems with web apps because the iPad pro iOS 11 keyboard does not have a flat apostrophe ( ' ) (and because it's just ( ´ ) instead). The necessary corrections need to be made immediately.

It used to work in the previous updates but as of 11.2.1 (at least for me) it doesn't change anything and I need still to long press the symbol. Apple is just getting ******** every year man. Kinda sad
Settings > General > Keyboards > turn off Smart Punctuation.

No, it is not possible to go back anymore.
« Smart quotes » are bad! I’m not writing a book when I’m typing a google query on my iPhone. I use quotes for queries most of the time.
So turn them off and they won’t be there any more
