I have the SBox app and since I updated my iPhone to the latest iOS update I can’t open my secret box because it says it’s not compatible with the update. Now what do I do.
Hi. If it's a 32-bit app, listed in Settings > General > About > Applications, then it cannot run on iOS 11. You received warnings about this while using iOS 10. Either you need an update to the app, or access to an older device that could access your backup data.

How do you update the SBox App after you have updateded your iOS to 11.0.3 I would not like to loose any of my content on my SBox App
So basically we are screwed? They created an app and disappeared. This is very annoying!

Forget it.... they never come back...., you lose all data.... If they wanted to renew, it would have happened. ...
