wOS 4 - Moon Phase Complication Not Working

I have the original version (aka Series 0) of the Apple Watch and recently updated to Watch OS 4. I've been noticing that the "Moon Phase" complication no longer shows the moon's phase. It's always just basically a full moon -- which if I look at the evening sky I know is wrong.

Anyone else having this issue and/or have any information/fixes for this?

Ok you MIGHT want to ignore me here as I just realized that we are in fact right near the full moon and so my phase complication may be accurate -- however I'm pretty sure it's been reading this way since I updated though that was not that long ago. Time will tell 😮
