Since upgrading to iOS 11, I am unable to copy a PDF from my iCloud to iBooks on my iPad Pro. It only gives me the option to open it in iBooks. This results in having to d/l it every time I wish to work with it. With it being a 326MB file, that takes some time. Plus I can no longer mark where I left off. Is there a way to copy it that I have missed? Thanks!!

After open in ibooks tap on the share icon and copy to ibooks. Alternatively use the print option in iCloud Drive: open pdf, select print, pinch to open, tap share icon and copy to iBooks.
