Will my alarm go off tomorrow morning if I update my iphone tonight. My iPhone needs to be updated to 11.1.2(?) but I’m not sure if my alarm will still go of if I let him do the update between 02:00 and 04:00 tonight.

It should. However, if it's very important that the alarm go off, I'd either wait and do the update at another time or use a back up alarm.
