App Store ask for card info for (free) app !!!

I can no longer push the (skip) option so I could get free apps, it keeps asking me for my credit card info in the App Store . because I had purchased a credit card before but now the card is invalid and I no longer use the card .. but it still won't let me download a Damnn thing because of it!!! Help me how will I download (FREE)!! Apps again ........ and I refuse

To put another card on my account because I literally don't use any cards neither parents !
