MacBook Touch Bar Tap & Slide Delay

When I click the brightness or volume on my MacBook Pro Touch Bar, it delays about 1-2 seconds until it responds with an animation showing a circle being drawn on my screen with dot inside. It is very annoying, as I can't tap and slide, I have to tap, wait 1-2 seconds for it to do the animation, and then slide. Other MacBooks can tap & slide, so there must be a configuration setting for that somewhere. Where's the setting for this?

Fixed it by turning off the Touch Bar zoom...

1) Click the System Preferences icon in your Mac’s Dock.

2) In the System Preferences window, click the Accessibility icon.

3) In the lefthand column, click Zoom underneath Vision.

4) Un-Tick the checkbox next to “Enable Touch Bar zoom” to turn off the feature.
