Recover apple id

My sister updated or did something to her ipad and now it says activationlocked and i wasn’t at home so she tried wrong passwords (she is 7) and it got locked. I can’t remember the question and when i ask to recover via email it says it has sent to m*****@m*****.com what email can that be i mean i know the first 6 letters thats her name but what about the last 6?

Five asterisks doesn't mean that there are five missing letters, it could be any length - the number of asterisks that show is fixed.


If you can't reset the account's security questions contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) and see if they can reset them, and re-enable the account, for you : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security
