11.0.3 update has ruined My iPhone 6s speed. It was super quick and perfect before the install. Now it takes 3-5 seconds to open all apps. Its RIDICULOUS.
Writing texts is painful. You click on the keyboard and there is a huge lag.
It’s honestly as slow now as a phone from 10 years ago. Apple customer service so far have been useless just asking for the same details over and over (what country, what apps are affected, when did I do the update blah blah)
Apple broke my phone with their poorly tested update, yet they’ve issued no software fix. Nice way to respect your millions of customers Apple.

Same here... mega frustrating! Can't wait to see if the next update finally fixes it. Wish I did not update to ios 11.
I have this question too. Using 6.17 firmware and iOs 11.0.3 (15A432). All apps slow to open.

It is a shame. My iPhone 6 worked perfectly until ios 11.0.3. I don't know if Apple want force us to buy a new iPhone or go to Android 😁
remember: before the launch of a new iPhone version, Apple always release an update to make your current device unusable or unstable....
I have this problem, too. Suddenly, everything is soooooooo sloooooow. Even simple tasks such as opening iMessage or camera take forever. Apple, please fix!

My Iphone is useless after the latest update. It has so many bugs and is so slow and sometimes doesn't respond. Before the update I didn't have these issues.
Apple please fix this piece of crap. So so sluggish now.
