Apple Maps not working

Hey Apple,

iOS 11.1.1 when on Cellular only Apple Maps and Google maps DO NOT WORK!!!

When on Wifi they work but of course that is not useful when driving!!!

I am facing the same issues, but nobody seems to know what is going on. Apple people can you advise what to do?

Exact same issue here- this NEEDS to be fixed ASAP; I work as a courier and our destinations are sent to us through Maps and Google Maps- without these we cannot function. This is my livelihood!

Same issue here, I have followed all the troubleshooting instructions provided but it doesn't improve the situation. Apple really needs to look into this ASAP.

Sort it out Apple! I nearly got into an accident today cause of this issue. Lock it up!

Hello! Is there any new update? I have done all the resets that I could have done. My maps are still not working!!!!! Help needed here !

I found a solution! Delete maps app. Go to App Store. Sign OUT of your Apple ID (top right hand corner). Download maps. Now your location should be accurate. Hope it works for you!

These steps did not solve issue on my handset. Are maps still working fine on your phone?

iPhone-6 and iPhone-7, both with 11.2.2. Maps app works better than it ever did.

I have been having the same exact problem since update. This is ridiculous on Apple's part to not resolve the problem. I will address this on social media.

I had the same issue till recently. But after another IOS update(11.2.5), it is working fine.

Tried that didnt work have iphone 6 128 gig on 11.2.5

Android is perfect. They NEVER have problems.
