iphone 8 plus facetime and i message problem

Hi. I got iphone 8 plus 2 days ago. My problem is; when i call someone with FaceTime, they don’t see my name or my phone.they see my apple id (my gmail).

Or when i text iMessage they dont see my name or my phone again.

How can i fix it? Also i can use my iMessage and facetime.but it says waiting for activation.
