System performance is slow and Photos app unresponsive

System performance is so bad I can't use the Photos app. Could someone review this EtreCheck report and help me understand what I can do to fix performance problems on my iMac?

I went to Photos while in safe boot and the system froze.

Note that I am not using iCloud.

See this link for help to repair your photos library.

If you need additional help with your photo library, you might want to check out the demo for iPhoto Library Manager and PowerPhotos.

A single license works for both apps. If you already have a license for either app, you can use it with both.

If you still have your iPhoto Library, you might want to use iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild your libraries then have Photos import again from iPhoto Library.

RE: Etrecheck report: Other than the fact you have a 2011 iMac with a 5400rpm

rotational drive, the only thing that stood out to me was the following files. Do you have a Sumsung drive? If not, then delete these files and restart.
