Apple Pay reset itself LOST Money

Hello everyone in the forum.

Greetings from Tokyo.

Yesterday, I've had this issue of Apple Pay resetting itself, after I removed the password for 10 minutes and tried to set the password back. Ever since then, I am not able to find my Apple Pay cards in the wallet.

I've lost me SUICA card (an electronic pass used to pay at stores and purchase railway tickets) which had 10000 ¥ (approx $100). What do I do now ?

iPhone 7, iOS 11.0.3

Hi

Apple advises that, after removing a Suica card from any device, the remaining balance is stored and available to be transferred to the same or another iPhone or Apple Watch that is signed into iCloud with the same Apple ID.

If you need assistance, call Suica Support at 050-2016-5077.
