iOS 11.0.3 Call and Sound Problem

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with my iPhone 6S model phone regarding calls.

This issue was never existed before upgrading to iOS 11.0.0, iOS 11.0.1 & iOS 11.0.3

I am neither able to call anyone nor receiving any calls. I only get SMS alters that someone tried to reach me with this number.

This definitely is not a problem with carrier as my friends and colleagues using the SIM from same carrier are not facing any issues.

Since it has affected the carrier functionality, the SMS and mobile internet is also impacted and not connected defeating the basic purpose of my phone.

Please suggest and help me overcome to this issue.
