Dell P2416D USB ports
USB ports on my Dell P2416D don't work. Is there any solution to this problem? Monitor itself works well.

Did you plug in the Dell supplied USB Upstream cable into the monitor and one of your Mac Mini's USB ports...?

If you did, then maybe try a different USB port on your Mac Mini.
Of course. And I tested it with Windows PC, it works.
Thank you, but there are no any changes. It seems that if you have an Apple device you can't use any other devices with it. But Apple doesn't produce monitors 🙂
If the USB Hub portion of the monitor is not working with your Mac, then you should contact Dell for Support and/or return that monitor and try another.
You know, they say that I need to go here. And I think I should return Mac mini. Thanks.
Disconnect everything form the Mac Mini,
reset the SMC, as per > How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support
reset the NVRAM, as per > How to reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
then reconnect the Monitor to your Mac Mini.
