If your iPad is still running iOS 10.3.3, I would NOT upgrade to IOS 11 at this time.

It is simply too buggy a general release with lots of scattered issues across a large crossection of compatible iDevices.

I'd wait iOS 11 out until, maybe iOS 11.1 or 11.2.

iOS 10.3.3 has NO real security threats active in the wild and many reported are proof of concept only and some of the Bluetooth security exploits have not been fully confirmed as being a threat to ANY versions of iOS.

I'd wait it out until iOS 11 is far less buggy and more stable.

If you decide to upgrade to iOS 11, at some future date, tap on the link below and read my post here BEFORE you upgrade to iOS 11.

Hi. Sure, why not? If you stop updating, you're disconnected from any security patches, and apps will gradually stop updating also. You've got the latest hardware, so you'll benefit from an all-64-bit OS. The user interface changes are "interesting" but that's always the case. However, be sure to read this link: iOS 11: WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU UPGRADE!!! before proceeding.
