2000 Black Powerbook M7572

Just found a vintage 2000 Powerbook, 400 MHz (family M7572) with brown see-through keys in my attic and wonder how I can transfer the files on it to a thumb drive or Firewire link to my 2011 MacBook Pro. Thanks for any help!

MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12.6), iTunes 12.7.0

Put them on a formatted flash drive then restore them onto your MBP. You may be able to transfer the files by connecting the two via an FW400 - FW800 cable and booting the old model into Target Disk Mode. See Target Disk Mode.
