macbook air no disk space

Hello!

I have only 86MB left out of 121GB and my Microsoft Outlook is unable to work

I stored most of my files on Google Drive and deleted as many as I can and also emptied the 'Trash' but there is no free space

In my 'storage' analysis it says

56.65GB Apps

38.14GB Other

141GB BackUps

13.10GB Photos

10.01GB Movies

Can anyone help letting me know how can I delete the Movies or anything from the 'Back Ups' to free some space?

I have linked the MacBook Air with my iPhone6 and the iCloud back up - is this what occupies most of the space? and if yes, I could use my iPhone on it's own, not linked to the MacBook Air but not sure how to do this?

Thank you!

There is something wrong because if you have 120Gb internal drive ... The storage analysis result is far more.

How did you calculated that? You need to take care because with no space on the disk the Mac can stop to work at all.

This of course, if we're talking about the internal storage, if you want to have clue why your Google disk is full I can't help you 🙂
