iPhone in recovery mode

I plugged my iPhone 5s into my computer after not using the iPhone for 4-7 months and iTunes says that it is in recovery mode. I have tried updating, restoring i just error 1403, even talked with apple, i have scavenged google and youtube trying to get this iPhone out of recovery mode, tried every remedy but i have not had any luck. Please help!
