Apps asking for iOS 10.3.3 but it is already installed

I get this message with 2 apps now "The current version requires iOS 10.3.3 or later, but you can download the last compatible version", but I'm running 10.3.3. I restored my phone and put the last backup on but the problem persists. Does anybody know what is happening here? I can't find anything about this problem online.

Hi. This is a little tricky, so bear with me. Your iPhone 5c has the Apple A6 processor, the last 32-bit processor. Now, there were 2 versions of iOS 10.3 (and 10.3.3), one that included the new 64-bit APFS filesystem, and one that did not. Your phone, and the related iPad 4 got the version without APFS. These apps may be updated to use the new filesystem, which the app store infers as requiring iOS 10.3.3. So, you need to request the last compatible version, as offered by the prompt.
