How can I remove Music from Control Center.

While you can customize many things in Control Center through Settings->Control Center->Customize Controls, THe Music widget is not one of those. It's also not an app so not susceptible to the touch and hold until the shake option.

You don't as it is built in with the control center.

there is no settings to remove it either.
