How Do I Download Updated Bootcamp Drivers Directly?

I tried this guide: If some Mac features don't work when running Windows in Boot Camp - Apple Support.

It doesn't work anymore in High Sierra, and just crashes if I try to download it this way. I have seen links directly to the file before, but now apple obfuscates it for some reason. Does anyone have this link so I can update my bootcamp?

Secondly, if you want to make a windows to go USB drive bootable on a Macbook you need this file, but you might not have access to a Macbook beforehand. I think the file needs to be accessible alternative to the broken Bootcamp Assistant Program.
