I just received my Apple Watch Series 3, and I cannot receive any cellular calls when my watch is not paired with my phone. I received a SIM card when I signed up for my plan, but I have not been able to find where to install the SIM card on the watch itself.
Please help! 🙂

The built-in cellular feature is only available on Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) models:
Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS) models do not have SIM card (or any means of adding one) and can be used for calls and texts in the same way as previous Apple Watch models.
Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) models:
Have a built-in SIM / eSIM that copies information from the iPhone's SIM card.
Require a service plan from a supported carrier that specifically includes support for the Apple Watch, including the carrier activating the watch on the plan:
If you have an Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) model, then - having arranged a compatible service plan with your carrier - follow the instructions here to set up the cellular feature, including contacting your carrier for assistance if necessary:

If you carrier cannot assist you, then I suggest that you contact Apple Support (remote diagnostics and/or mail-in service may be available, if required), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance:
You don't. It has a special SIM in it. You can only use it with carriers that explicitly support the Watch 3 with cellular.
Contact your carrier. If they are not one of the supported carriers, you will not be able to use it with cellular service.
It’s embedded into the watch itself. Are you sure you’re carrier is notified that this is an Apple Watch? The watch also has to be on the same carrier as your phone. If it isn’t a supported carrier, it’s not going to work.
My SIM card is no longer working or being recognized in my iwatch3 3 what should I do. I have been told various things. I also am not connected to my at& T cell phone carrier. They could not help my without the sim card
