Oticon hearing aids won’t both pair with iPhone 6S. Only one or the other.

I just got my Oticon HAs today. I can only get one or the other to pair with my iPhone 6S. I have tried all the basics, turn on Bluetooth, turn off Bluetooth, reinstall Oticon On app. Nothing works. It only pairs with one, never the the other. Frustrated. We can drive a rover on Mars from Earth, but we can’t make a hearing aid talk to a phone less than a foot away. Things that make you hmmm.
