When a call entered in my phone it start ringing but the display of the phone(switch on) response after 8s -10s later . What can I do now ?

This prb is not been acknowledged by apple. DONT know whether the next update is going to solve the issue. Mine started with a 1 sec lag. Right now its 7 seconds. Many have faced 20 seconds lag. Not suee whether its a hardware or software issue
