Tones Tab

Hello I have the most recent iTunes and I cannot see a Tones Tab in my library. When I tried to buy a tone through the store that option does not even show up either. have tried adding a tone manually but even though itunes opens, a Tones Tab does not show up either. I have no idea what to do. Tones tab does show up on devices, but not itunes. Help please!
