Payment method was declined message while buying a subscription (updating does not work).

Hi guys, while buying a tinder plus subscription, I get an error saying that my payment method (I use credit card) was declined. Screenshot:

And I am taken to the credit card info page to update my details. After I do that I get the same message again and again and again and again...
How to solve it?

I don't have any pending subscriptions, my credit cards seems to work fine with buying other apps, just subscriptions does not work for some reason.

Can you please help me on how to solve this problem?
