i lose my iphone and i have an access all my information except of find my my phone. icloud say no devices in find my phone section.

yes. i could access to this session before. but once a time that my cellphone turned on and i received a email, i tried to find the exact location but after a minuets icloud told no devices in my iphone section!!!!!
Did you have Find My Phone turned on? It sounds like you didn't.
Find My Phone Troubleshooting
You either are not signing into the same iCloud ID in iCloud.com that you are signed into on the device for iCloud, or, you did not have Find My iPhone turned on. Is it possible you have a different iCloud account you can look at to see if it shows up there?
