My update is fine, it wasn’t my phone, it looks like others are having this problem
I’ve updated to 11.1.1, changed the predictive text , and turned off auto correct but I’m still getting the issue..
Could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing when you type "i"? Also copy/paste what appears in you text here.
I’m all updated. Still sends question mark for new emojis
So when i type it, it’s still just “i” but when others do it, it turns like that
Those "others" presumably need to update their devices to iOS 11.1.1. They they should stop sending that junk to you.
Instagram and Facebook need to be updated also.

I don't think that plays a role in this one.
I did this and scrolled back through my texts that weren't showing emojis and now they're all fixed.
Why am I seeing question marks instead of emojis?
