iCloud symbol next to an App
See image, what does the iCloud symbol indicate? Does this have to do with the app not being used so it’s not actually installed? Because when I press the app it looks like it’s trying to install.

The 
symbol indicates that the app was offloaded. Offloading an app frees up space, but saves the apps documents and data.
