Shooting 4K@60fps video but end up 1920@30fps

Hi, I just got my iPhone 8 Plus these days and was trying to take photos and videos. Today, I have shoot an 3 minutes video with 4K@60fps setting but end up I got that video with 1920@30fps only. May I know if there is any restriction to the 4K shooting? And only that video has been affected; The one before and the one after have not been affected.I have already checked some info that I did choose "high efficency" and set to shoot 4K@60fps as my default. Thank you.

Thanks for your comment. But i think we all know how "difficult" to change shooting quality on iPhone. We need to close the app and go to setting > general > Camera > and finally see the record video quality option to change. I have changed to shoot 4K@60fps as default at the first day I got the phone. And the problem is for the video before and after that 1920@30fps have not been affected, and I haven't changed any setting in between. So, I would like to know if someone faced the same problem as I did, or if there is any known bug.
