Stuck on "please wait while boot camp assistant is removing the partitions it created"

I am trying to install bootcamp on my Early 2015 Macbook Air that is running High Sierra. But it has been stuck on this "please wait while boot camp assistant is removing the partitions it created"since an error. How can I get it unstuck. I may resort to just command + r to merge the partitions again if that is the only way.

MacBook Air, macOS High Sierra (10.13)

Hi there,

I also got stuck on "please wait while boot camp assistant is removing the partitions it created".

I quit the Bootcamp app, and restarted the mac. Than ran the Bootcamp assistant again and it prompt automatically to solve the issue of the partitions (I ended up not installing windows yet, and for now Ill leave like that). Though, Im still seeing several volumes on my drive when running "diskutil" from the terminal.

How can I set the partitions to the exact same way as it was before running the bootcamp?

(Im running an SDD, with High Sierra, mid 2015 macbook pro)

>> Could you tell me the EXACT command lines I should use for this?

Thanks in advance!

Best
