Hi
I have an iPhone 5 and have tried to be able to input credit card details into my wallet but the feature appears to be missing yet the feature to scan tickets etc is enabled. Is this because of my phone or do I need to do something else?

Apple Pay, the feature that allows you to add Credit Cards to the Wallet App, is only available in certain regions and on certain devices.
