Looks like the ProScope HR v1.2.1 software is broken by MacOS High Sierra. My MacBook Pro will no longer detect my ProScope HR digital microscope. Anyone solve this?

Presenter got me over the hump... Needed to capture a micro crack or gouge in a new mirror, and ProScopes software v 1.2.1 didn't see the ProScope! Presenter worked right off, got my image.. Thank You!
MacOS HS did not break anything. The developer's of your app did not update their software to meet HS's requirements yet you still decided to use High Sierra. One of the basic things to do before upgrading an OS or computer is to check if your current apps will remain compatible. If the developer has not provided an update for their app then you may have to revert to a previous OS.
Report it to the developer. It's his/her responsibility to fix, not Apple's.
There is, TWAIN SANE. However, it has not been upgraded since 2015, so I don't know if it works with Sierra or High Sierra.
Have you looked at VueScan?
I did report it to the developer but at the same time I was wondering if there was a twain usb driver or something that could possibly be utilized in the meantime.
