Bootcamp Partitioning problem in High Sierra

I'm trying to install Windows 10 on my MBP with High Sierra and I keep getting the error message: "We could not partition your drive."

I tried looking up the solution to this issue and several sites suggest repairing the drive in Recovery Mode. I also tried doing this but Disk Utility's First Aid function shows no issues with the drive. (Which makes sense, since it's brand new)

I am using a genuine .iso file with a Windows 10 x64 bit version on it, which I have downloaded from Microsoft's website. I chose the new partition to take up 40GB on my SSD, there is enough free space on it, but the process simply stops every time when Bootcamp tries to partition my drive.

I did not have a Time Machine backup, but my MBP arrived with Sierra and after setting up my profile I immediately upgraded to High Sierra. Before that, it was a clean install as I wiped the drive completely before setting it up for the first use. (All of this happened 24 hours ago, as again, the device is brand new.)
