Well I bought brand new iPhone 8 Plus, I opened the box and started using it...
Didn't charged it to 100% or how people say "3 times 12 hrs charges"...
Is this mistake? I mean my iPhone is like 3 days old and battery is perfect but I heard some people saying that I should charge it before using...
There isn't any need to do anything special with iPhone batteries. There is no initial charging method or requirement that will help the battery perform any better. Charge it whenever it is convenient to whatever % is convenient.
