"A [?]" Predictive Text Glitch?

Every time I type "I" into the iPhone, it wants to autocorrect to "A [?]". Why does it keep doing this? How is this fixed?? I have an iPhone 8+

Hi, EatontaWW2! I can definitely understand how this can be frustrating, given how much we rely on text these days. May I suggest a few solutions?

First, let’s see if there is another predictive text suggestion to the left of the symbol in question. User uploaded fileIf this isn’t an option available to you, let’s try something else. Navigate to Settings>General>Keyboard>Predictive, then toggle that off, if it’s on.

Given these solutions don’t resolve the issue, another step we can take is to use a third party keyboard. A cursory search of the App Store should give you a few viable options.

Good luck!
