I didn't delete the PPTP mobileconfig from Setting before updating Sierra.
Now my MacOS is in High Sierra (10.13).
When I do "system_profiler SPNetworkDataType" in terminal, the PPTP still exist. But there is no PPTP service after I do "networksetup -listallnetworkservices" in terminal. And PPTP don't exist in Setting->Network too. Why?

Solved it by manual deleting all the PPTP data from /Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration/preferences.plist and then rebooting my MacBook.
Maybe this problem can easily be solved by deleting this plist file and rebooting, but I didn't try.
I do know it was removed. But why I can still see the PPTP information if I do "system_profiler SPNetworkDataType" in terminal? I think this should be a bug.
It was removed due to problems with its security. Suggest configuring your VPN L2TP or OpenVPN.
