Can the calculator app be reinstalled if accidentally deleted, so it can go in control center

Yes it can. Just go to the App Store and type in Apple Calculator. It was the second on my search list, but it may be in a different position on yours. It just says "Calculator" with "Utilities" below it.

Yes it is. It also appears that there are others out there that also have the "Utilities" label below the name, but the Apple Calculator definitely has it:

Ditto here as well. And the reason ours say Open is because they are already installed on our devices. I haven't installed any additional calculator apps on my device, so it is definitely the one that came with the device!
