I have an iPad 2 and the icon bar has moved from the bottom of the screen to the middle covering icons on the home page. Been into settings but can’t fix it.
also it can’t pick up my Brother printer anymore so can’t print anything

It has been happening once a day since the update. Just randomly jumps to the middle of the screen. Restarting helps but still an inconvenience to have to restart .
Symptoms of iOS 11.3 this issue started ever since iPad was updated to latest version a week ago

I have an iPad mini 2 an it’s been doi the same thing. I can cut it off and restart but after a bit it will move again to the middle covering my icons which is quite frustrating.
My iPad toolbar also gone to the middle I restarted it and it won’t start up now
