iPhone X VOIP calls failing

I am experiencing the same issue. Apple Support had me tried to delete the apps and reinstall them, both WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. This did not resolve the issue. Now, they are telling me to Reset All Settings. I am reluctant as it does seem to be a shot in the dark and they said it resolved the issue for one person. I am surprised there are not hundred's of ticket's opened with Apple on this issue. All that are out there that are having this issue, please get a ticket open so they will get engineering resources assigned to resolve ASAP.

yes i do have the same issue, i have reseted all settings and worked after few hours or once u turn your iphone x off it keeps on failing again again. so we cant reset every single minute the settings and do the prefer settings.

apple pls help.

Cellphone companies are known to blame the make & model device you’re using, try to speak to tec representative and ask them to help you to deactivate and than reactive it back, I hope this helps :) happy sat

contact facebook and WhatsApp, since you're using their apps to make a voice and video call.

I have the same issue. Did the reset all settings, everything worked again then few hours later back to the same problem. Then few hours after that it fails again.

So it’s like a loop and I can’t stay resetting settings all day

Any ideas?

I will return the iPhone X back to Apple...... I called them and they said they have no solution to this problem and they are not willing to take action to fix it because there is no enough complains about it.

I am going to return the iPhone X , the viber, what’s up , messenger are not working on my new iPhone.

I called apple but they couldn’t solve the issue. They said they don’t have enough complais to fix the issue.

I am very frustrated with apple I can’t believe that they do that to people who use to trust them and been customer for ever.

I am experiencing the same problem. I tried calling the cellphone carrier but they said it’s an issue with iPhone.

I am unable to place VOIP calls using any of the VOIP supported apps on my iPhone X

"Reset all settings" did help, I am now able to access the VOIP feature to make audio calls

This is happening on my WhatsApp, Skype, Viber, and VoIPcheap service. They all operate on my iPhone 7+ using the same accounts on the same wifi
