iPhone X speaker issue

No it hasn't and Apple Exetuve has told me that it is normal behavior! Also apparently when I gave my iPhone X to the service center they just changed the Screen Module which contains the speaker (Receiver) and my battery has also degraded ! I wanted a new iPhone X but they haven't given me one !

What about you? have you got a replacement iPhone X or have been told by Apple that you will get?

I was send my iPhone today to post office and will See in next week what happend and i took my invoice with my package and I send it first to Oslo and UPS! Will pick it up and send it to Praha again 🙄 there they didn’t want to lo

Contacted Apple and they also told me its normal, lol. What a joke for a 1329 Eur Phone. A senior advisor will check it again and should call me next wednesday, will see but for the moment very disappointed!

Apple need some to know that this issue is not only for a few customers and it showed take action to fix it worldwide !

Because frankly not all iPhone X's have this problem!

And now my iPhones X battery is degraded with all the reinstallation of iOS slightly and the iPhone is heating !

The NDA is the Non-Disclosure Agreement that they agreed to when they entered the Public Beta. It says they should not post about it or even state they are using the Public Beta in public. This would be public.

I questioned the person who stated the above post !

I understand that you asked Deggie, I can read quite well thank you. But this is a public forum, anyone can answer.

And as you clearly understand neither the T&C or the NDA you agreed to I would suggest that you read them.

As has been previously mentioned here those that are on the Public Beta agreed to a non-disclosure agreement and cannot post here. If you truly want to know enroll in the Public Beta and try it yourself.

I begin to seriously consider buying another terminal, such as the Pixel XL, and abandon the X and Apple. I'm getting tired of problems on the phone and that iOS is a complete disaster, and a very expensive disaster.

Finally i did it. For the prize of the X (i return my unit to amazon and recover my money) i got de Pixel XL 128gb by 500 dolars, and nikon D5300 camera.. Apple products are being to cost so much, and if you want all the ecosystem (iphone, watch, computer) you have to put double or triple of your money . Im not rich, and i cant wait more time to apple fix the speaker issue

I've seen all your comments, I get emails before they are deleted. And I'm sure you got emails telling you why they were deleted. Unless you are a senior executive with Apple you not posting any facts, you are posting speculation. And if you reread the Terms of Use you agreed to when you signed up here you cannot post speculation about products. But I'm guessing you never read them in the first place just like you didn't read the NDA for the beta program that you also agreed to.

But your theory has one huge hole in it from the very start: Why would any company plan to release any 10th anniversary celebration project, and give it X for ten, on the 11th anniversary of the product?

Of course, they are speculations, but here, and in other places like macrumors, people talk about 4 or 5 replacements for problems in their Xs, and nobody says or does anything. It's strange. We are talking about a product of 1300 euros, with serious problems. And no, I have not received any email, but I've understood it the first time and I have not been asked.

This issue is horrible. I am also facing this same situation. Went to service center in India and their diagnostic tests didnt capture any thing and they say there is no problem with the device which does not makes any sense as the issue still exists. I made the investment into a very expensive iphone and after getting this level of service I am carrying a faulty device everyday. Apple really needs to sort this out which they claim quality is their priority which seems to be degraded now. Low budget phones are much more better and dont carry such issues.

I wanted to let you guys know that apple service in India is pathetic. I am facing the same issue with the speaker and I took my phone to apple service centre B2X which is in model town jalandhar and even after confirmation by apple service manager Mr.Satvir in the store for the problem he did not even provide me with a replacement device and instead he asked me to get 1 day used iphone repaired. Such a poor service I am getting even after spending 1 lakh Rupees. I am really tensed. as I am not getting any service here.

Please provide me with a solution.
